3. Email correspondence
Personal data is processed only if you write to the email address given. What is processed is whatever your message contains: your name, email address, and any information about your company you choose to share.
The purpose is to answer your message and, where relevant, to discuss working together. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in conducting correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
