The moment

Every company reaches a point where the way it has always worked stops being enough.

The company is growing faster than its structure.

The owner can no longer personally cover every area.

Responsibility has to move to the managers.

The company is approaching succession, or has just been through it.

Sales have stopped growing at the old pace.

An opportunity to enter a new market has appeared.

You do not need a precisely defined problem. Sometimes the most important step is working out together what actually needs to change.

How I help

Four areas where I most often work

Operational and strategic mentoring

An experienced partner for the decisions that matter most.

Regular meetings and ongoing consultation. Not to produce another deck — to make better decisions and carry them through.

  • Strategy and business model
  • Management structure and leadership team
  • Objectives, KPIs and organisational effectiveness

Succession and a new management model

Succession does not end when ownership changes hands.

A new owner faces questions about what company they want to build, what to change, what to leave alone — and how to establish their own authority in the organisation.

  • Roles, responsibilities and org structure
  • Handing responsibility to managers
  • A strategy for the years ahead, not preservation of the status quo

Scaling the business

The company is growing. The organisation has to keep up.

More customers, more sales and more people mean more demands on the organisation — and a higher price for a wrong decision. Scaling is not only about selling more.

  • Scaling strategy and org structure
  • Processes, automation and digitalisation
  • An organisation ready for greater scale

International expansion

A Polish company. International ambitions.

Expansion begins long before the first customer. Which market, in what model, with a local partner or without — and whether the organisation is ready for it.

  • Choice of market and entry model
  • Local partner or own structures
  • Managing international sales, cost and risk

How I work

Five steps, in this order

  1. I get to know the business

A conversation with the owner or board — the company, the people, the numbers. I do not assume in advance where the problem is.

  2. We define the priorities

We separate the important from the urgent. We look for causes, not symptoms.

  3. We make the decisions

Concrete actions. No theory, and no documents that end up in a drawer.

  4. We implement

Where the situation calls for it, I am there for delivery too — with the owner, the board and the managers.

  5. We measure the results

What counts is not the number of meetings or pages of report. What counts is the effect on the company.

About

Experience you can put to use

For over 30 years I have worked in business — in sales, business development and management, in Polish and international organisations. I have built teams, grown sales, created new business areas and led organisations through change. Today I put that experience to work directly with company owners and CEOs.

First, understand the business.

Then define the problem properly.

Then make the decision.

And see it through.
